Technology does not remove the need for these service categories. Instead, digital diagnostic information can potentially complement the physical checks that technicians already perform.

Consumer Behaviour Is Influencing Service Evolution

The evolution of car servicing is not being driven by vehicle technology alone. Consumer expectations are changing as well.
